A transformational programme
For leaders who want to dramatically improve the collective performance, capacity and effectiveness of their leadership teams and themselves. The Team Transformation programme runs for six months, and includes:
- Monthly customisable team development workshops to dramatically accelerate team learning and shared growth
- Unlimited Season Ticket access for all team members for the duration of the process
- Accelerated Development support for the team leader / CEO throughout the programme
- A bespoke blend of inspiring and insightful content, provocative exercises, reflective discussions and action-orientated workshops
- Confidential 1:1 conversations with each team member at the beginning of the process to set goals and build trust and insights; at the midpoint to review and refine the programme and approach; and at the end of the process to debrief, cement learning, and define future development needs
- Regular reviews with CEO on insights, aspirations, options, and decisions likely to be required to achieve the leadership vision
This programme begins with an immersion session with the CEO on goals and outcomes, alongside a current situation appraisal. From there, we chart a course of intensive team development to accelerate progress and shine a clear, objective light on hidden barriers and challenges to success. Throughout the process I provide continuous assessment, feedback and iteration of plans if required, to maximise the potential for positive outcomes for all concerned.

A “pay per session” model works well for reactive support and advice, and we offer regular and season ticket versions so you can find an approach that suits your needs and your budget.
In contrast, our accelerated development programme provides frequent scheduled sessions with unlimited contact outside of them, creating a much more intensive engagement, increasing commitment, and accelerating outcomes.
Martyn’s technical expertise is important for many of our clients, so we take a pragmatic approach to integrating pure coaching with mentoring and advice as appropriate. All of our coaching work follows the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics.
