Charity CEO Breakfast June 2015.

Jun 2015

How can charities develop a more commercial and professional culture without selling out?

The third sector generates over half of its income from selling goods and services, but as markets mature and attract competition, and as spending in many cases continues to fall, charities are finding it increasingly difficult to develop business at a sustainable price. While some have made inroads by investing in their offer and commercial capabilities, many are finding that cultural inertia is the barrier that is hardest to overcome. So, how fit is your culture to deliver your organisation’s future?

I will be hosting a small, select group of CEOs for our next breakfast on the 5th of June, from 8:00-10:00am in Central London, where I’ll share some simple, powerful techniques for culture change, and engage you in a lively, productive discussion with some of the sector’s leading CEOs.

You will walk away with:

  • Simple techniques to quickly diagnose the cultural gaps and barriers in your organisation
  • A clear picture of your “cultural tribes” and how to get them working together
  • Five powerful levers you can use to lead and embed cultural change

These breakfasts are extremely popular and always oversubscribed. Among those already registered for June are Mike Adamson, CEO of British Red Cross, Dalton Leong, CEO of The Children’s Trust, Mark Lever, CEO of the National Autistic Society and Chris White, CEO of Catch 22.

Spaces are limited. To reserve a place, please e-mail martyn@binleydrake.com. I’ll confirm your place and send you all the information you will need.
