He also brings with him an extensive array of tools and techniques and a coaching philosophy that ensures the skills to use them are transferred. This gives clients the capability to monitor, manage and deliver their programmes without an ongoing dependency for support.
Martyn’s CV includes: Management of Retail Categories, Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction Programmes at the Boots Group, Head of Finance and Commercial Strategy at The Spirit Group and Director of Strategic Planning at Punch Taverns, as well as a number of senior Commercial and Marketing roles along the way. In his earlier career, he also held management roles in Product Development, Logistics and IT, and has a first class degree in Computer Science.
