CEO Breakfast Seminar for Charity Leaders 21st May 2014

In this “new economic reality” Charities need, more than ever, to be highly efficient, effective and fully aligned behind the impacts and outcomes they want to achieve.

An ambitious strategy is not enough; the barriers to success are increasingly ones of organisational culture, capability and focus; and are most critical when they relate to the trustees, the leadership team and the middle management.

While you may have solved some of those issues, you probably still have challenges in areas that other, similar organisations have overcome. So how do you plan to locate, and learn from those people who’ve successfully resolved the kinds of problems you now face?

II will be hosting a small, selected group of Charity CEOs for breakfast on the 21st of May 2014 at the inspirational House of St. Barnabas in Soho, where I will share some provocative insights, and provide a simple framework for us all to rapidly draw out the most valuable and relevant experiences from each other.

You will walk away with practical ideas, innovative approaches and successful models that you can directly apply, to help your organisation build:

  • A forward-looking board of trustees with sharp focus on strategy and governance
  • A strong and aligned senior team with the time and skills to envision and lead change
  • A breadth of highly-skilled, flexible, self-starting managers driving excellent execution

Among those joining us to share their experiences, will be Mark Lever, CEO of The National Autistic Society, Petra Ingram, CEO of The Brooke and Paul Breckell, CEO of Action on Hearing Loss.
