The four levels are:

  • Tactical excellence
  • Breakthrough events
  • Strategic transformation
  • Portfolio alignment

On Thursday 23rd of May 2013 we ran a 45 minute webinar, which stepped through all four levels, explained what they are, and how you could master them.
