The Agile Organisation: Charity CEO breakfast seminar 25th May 2017, London.

As the landscape in which charities operate continues to change, many of us recognise the need for our organisations to adapt more quickly, to diversify income, to spot and act on new opportunities and the same time, to do so without trying to spin so many plates that nothing gets delivered.

To that end, I am convening a group of major charity CEOs over breakfast on the 25th of May 2017, for a private seminar on how to develop a more agile, focused organisation. The seminar will begin at 8:30am at the Barclays Offices, 1 Churchill Place, Canary Warf, and will finish at 10am. Breakfast will be available in the room from 8am to give you plenty of time to meet and network with your peers.

You will walk away from this provocative and highly interactive session with practical, easy to implement approaches and techniques:

  • To rapidly crystallise and align teams around a clear focused agenda with an evolving set of priorities
  • To quickly and efficiently identify, scope and accelerate new opportunities across your organisation without losing focus
  • To develop a fast and agile learning approach for creative, exploratory and higher risk initiatives

Places are strictly limited, so please e-mail me early to reserve your seat. To ensure the content is highly relevant to every attendee, this invitation is for CEOs of mid-sized and large charities only. If you would like an invitation for a colleague, please contact me in advance to ensure we still have space. I am delighted that David McHattie of Barclays has offered to host the session, and I look forward to seeing you there.
