New models of charity funding.

Much has been written and said about social investment, but here’s your chance to hear from people who have actually been there and made it work. In a unique and interactive seminar, we are bringing together a leading group of charity leaders, investors and advisors, all of whom have taken the social investment plunge. Together they will share their successes, failures and lessons learned, and answer your questions about the new forms of finance that are increasingly available.

The purpose of the seminar is to help you to understand how your charity can work with social investors to raise new capital and diversify your funding, to create the capacity to innovate and invest behind solutions that will increase your income, extend your reach and impact, raise your profile and potentially transform your ability to deliver lasting social change.

The seminar will take place from 09:30-11:30 at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Kings Place, London on 8th February 2017, and is free to attend for all CEOs, CFOs, Chairs and Treasurers of charities and social ventures who are interested in how social investment could work for their organisation.

You will learn:

  • How your charity can attract social investors to increase your funds
  • What the best practice process looks like, from end to end
  • Where to start, how to minimise risk and how to maximise success
  • What funding is available to pay for any support you might need
