Negotiation strategy for CEOs

Straining RelationshipsIn March 2013 Martyn led the Commitment to Excellence (CTE) Academy - a select group of high-growth SMEs - in a full-day seminar on "Negotiating a Profit".

Present were MDs and CEOs representing eight UK businesses with total sales of around £200m per year. At the end of the session they conservatively estimated that the actions they'd agreed would deliver a 40% improvement in profit within the next 6 to 12 months. 

The founder of the Academy, Leszek Marcinovicz, wrote afterwards:
